BrandsShipped will be operated by a Türkiye-registered contracting entity. This implementation placeholder must be completed with that entity's real legal details, vendors, retention periods and counsel-approved UK-facing privacy language before public traffic or online contracting.
What the lead-capture MVP collects
Project and contact details submitted through Start Your Sample, optional reference files, first- and last-touch source/UTM attribution stored in first-party browser storage, and limited technical anti-spam data stored as a one-way request fingerprint.
Why it is collected
To review manufacturing enquiries, respond to project requests, assess project fit, maintain a record of the enquiry, and understand which acquisition sources produce qualified projects.
Before launch
- Insert the Türkiye legal entity name, MERSİS details and registered address
- Add KEP / privacy contact and customer-facing contact details as applicable
- Document Supabase, VPS hosting and any future analytics/payment vendors
- Define retention/deletion process
- Confirm Türkiye privacy requirements, UK-facing scope and international transfer position with counsel
