Website terms — launch placeholder.
The launch contracting party will be a Türkiye-registered company operating the BrandsShipped brand. Its final legal name, registered details and counsel-reviewed B2B terms must replace this placeholder before accepting paid projects.
This MVP intentionally does not fabricate legal promises. Production minimums, pricing, timelines, sample scope, revision treatment, payment milestones, QC, import responsibility, liability and IP treatment must be governed by the project quote and approved commercial terms.
For Great Britain production shipments, the working launch model is DAP to the agreed customer address, with the customer acting as importer unless the quote explicitly states otherwise.
