Do you give me factory contacts?
No. BrandsShipped is a managed manufacturing service rather than a factory marketplace. We manage the production relationship for you.
What can you manufacture?
We can evaluate a broad range of apparel products. Feasibility depends on materials, construction, quantity and supplier capability.
What is your MOQ?
Around 100 units per style can be possible for some products. There is no universal MOQ across every category.
How long does sampling take?
It depends on the product and material. Your project quote includes an estimated development timeline.
Can I request changes to the sample?
Yes. Additional physical revision rounds are quoted based on the amount of redevelopment required.
Is production guaranteed after sample approval?
We still revalidate current supplier capacity, materials and production pricing before you place a bulk order.
Do I pay the full production order upfront?
Our working standard structure is 50% to begin production and 50% after final QC before shipment, subject to your quote and terms.
Who handles quality control?
We manage the QC process locally against the approved production standard.
Who pays import duty and VAT?
Under our standard Great Britain DAP model, the customer acts as importer and pays applicable import duty and VAT unless the quote explicitly states otherwise.
Is Turkish apparel always duty-free in the UK?
No. Preferential duty depends on the actual origin rules for the product, materials and manufacturing route.
Can I reorder the same product?
Yes. Approved product records make repeat production easier, subject to current materials, supplier capacity and pricing.
