Bring an idea, sketches, references or a tech pack. We guide the technical decisions, develop the garments with you in Türkiye, and send the final physical samples to your door.
FROM IDEA TO SOMETHING YOU CAN HOLD
A calmer way to develop your line.
You focus on the brand you want to build. Your Project Owner coordinates product direction, patterns, material choices and physical sampling with the relevant technical team. Together, we review fit and construction and refine the agreed styles where the technical work requires it.
You receive one final physical sample per agreed style and a documented handover, so you can decide what comes next. Bulk manufacturing is a separate decision and offer.
PAYMENT STAGES
Start with $2,000. Pay the balance when you arrive.
- $2,000 to begin development. We first review feasibility and confirm the program scope in writing. Your first payment is due when you accept that scope and the work begins.
- $3,000 when you arrive in Bursa. The remaining balance is due before your included in-person workshop begins.
The written agreement confirms the visit itinerary, payment dates and what happens if travel plans change.
MEET THE MAKING IN TÜRKIYE
One workshop day. A collection you helped shape.
Our office and workshop are based in Bursa, a historic silk-trading city on the Silk Roads. This is where we welcome you for your hands-on development day.
Join the team in Bursa to review fit, fabrics, construction and the decisions that matter. The workshop may run as a full day or across an arrival afternoon and the following morning, depending on the agreed itinerary and sample readiness.
We arrange
Designated-airport transfers; Bursa and Istanbul ground transport; one BrandsShipped-selected shared hotel room for up to three nights; workshop hospitality and meals; a guided Istanbul sightseeing day with transport, entry fees and meals. Up to two guests may join.
You arrange
International flights, visas or entry requirements, travel insurance, personal spending, upgrades, extra nights and a second hotel room if wanted.

We review feasibility first and confirm your capsule scope in writing. New styles, major changes in direction and specialist work are scoped separately before they begin.
The brief opens with the Türkiye Co-Creation Experience selected. Final samples are shipped to the agreed address; delivery and destination import charges are included for agreed EU or UK destinations.
